Our Story
Smart Scheduler was born from a simple observation: staffing agencies were drowning in spreadsheets, phone calls, and paper timesheets. In an age where we can order food with a tap, schedule rides in seconds, and manage entire businesses from our phones, healthcare staffing was stuck in the past.
We talked to dozens of staffing agencies, caregivers, and clients. The same problems surfaced repeatedly: no-shows without accountability, manual timesheet verification, scheduling conflicts, and hours wasted on coordination. The existing solutions were either too expensive, too complicated, or simply didn't work for the unique needs of caregiver scheduling.
So we built something different. Smart Scheduler combines GPS-verified attendance, real-time updates, intelligent marketplace matching, and professional reporting in one affordable platform. We launched in early 2026 with a focus on delivering enterprise-grade features without enterprise complexity or cost.
Today, Smart Scheduler is a production-ready platform serving staffing agencies across the country, helping them save time, reduce costs, and deliver better care. But we're just getting started.
